FLANDRIA COTTON MILL: WHERE OUR FABRICS COME TO LIFE
WE RECYCLED ONE OF THE FLANDRIA COTTON MILL BUILDINGS FROM 1924, PRESERVING THE ENGLISH SOUL AND OLD SPIRIT OF WHAT THIS TEXTILE INDUSTRY ICON HAD BEEN IN ITS CONCEPTION, THE CRADLE OF COTTON WEAVING.

HAVING THIS NEWLY RENOVATED AND DEDICATED SPACE HAS ALLOWED US TO PROFESSIONALIZE EACH OF OUR PROCESSES, GREATLY ENHANCING OUR QUALITY CONTROL OF BOTH RAW AND DYED FABRICS.

FURTHERMORE, WE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TREBLE PRODUCTION WHILE MAINTAINING THE ARTISANAL ATTRIBUTES AND PERSONAL SERVICE THAT DEFINE US.

AT CASA ALMACÉN WE DYE SEGMENTS OF FABRIC RESULTING IN SINGLE PIECES THAT ARE COMPLETELY UNIQUE.

SINGULAR COLORS AND IMPECCABLE QUALITY.

WITHIN OUR LABORATORY WE HAVE THE CAPACITY TO GENERATE COMPLETELY ORIGINAL COLORS FOR OUR CLIENTS, ENABLING US TO CREATE EXCLUSIVE PIECES FOR LARGE-SCALE PURCHASES, AND SETTING US APART IN THE CURRENT MARKET.

WE CREATE UNIQUE PRODUCTS WITH EXPORT QUALITY TO ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, BE IT IN PARIS, LONDON, URUGUAY OR CHILE.

THANKS TO OUR APPRENTICESHIP AND EXPANSION WE HAVE VASTLY IMPROVED OUR DELIVERY TIME FRAME, COUNTING WITH HOME DELIVERY SERVICE. IN GREAT QUANTITIES WE OFFER A VALUE OF COMPETITIVE MARKET IN AN INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.

ALL OUR HAND-PAINTED FABRICS ARE STILL PRODUCED AT OUR TIGRE SHOWROOM, WHERE CASA ALMACÉN WAS FOUNDED.

AT CASA ALMACÉN, WE CONTINUE TO ACCOMPANY EACH OF OUR CLIENTS AS WELL AS REMAINING TRUE TO THE COMPANY SPIRITUAL ROOTS; FOR US, EACH PROJECT IS A UNIQUE WORK OF ART THAT MUST BE IMMERSED IN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

HISTORY

IN 1928, THE FLANDRIA S.A COTTON MILL. COMPANY INSTALLED ITSELF IN THE TOWN OF JÁUREGUI, LUJAN IN THE PROVINCE OF BUENOS AIRES. DIRECTED BY THE BELGIAN JULIO STEVERLYNCK, WHO BROUGHT THE PREVAILING IDEOLOGIES OF HIS PLACE OF ORIGIN, HIS VISION AND PASSION, A RURAL AREA WAS CONVERTED INTO A TEXTILE CENTER OF GREAT IMPORTANCE IN THE MORPHING OF CUSTOMS, CULTURAL EXPRESSIONS AND WORK IN LUJAN AND AROUND ARGENTINA.

JULIO STEVERLYNCK AROSE A LONG HISTORY OF WHICH WE NOW HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO BE PART OF, FOR OUR TEXTILES ARE IMPREGNATED WITH THAT CULTURE OF WORK AND INVISIBLE MAGIC BETWEEN THE LOOMS WHO GIVE THE UNIQUE COLORS AND SHADES.

MARIANA PUSSACQ IS THE FIRST WOMAN TO SET UP HER WORKSHOP OF TEXTILE ART AND COLOR LABORATORY IN WHAT NOW IS NAMED FLANDRIA INDUSTRIAL PARK. WRITING HER OWN HISTORY WITH PURE COTTON YARN, IN THE PLACE THAT WAS ONCE A PIONEER IN LATIN AMERICA, BY CREATING FIRST-CLASS COLORS AND GENRES WITH QUALITIES THAT TRANSCEND BORDERS, SHE REPEATS THAT MILESTONE.
